Please be sure to put sufficient postage on any communication to our office as we will now have to return underpaid items to the sorting office. Underpaid items normally cost us the price of the correct postage plus a £1 handling fee, costs that we regrettably can no longer absorb. The good news however is that Royal Mail promises to 'continue to improve our efficiency' and so hopefully we won't have so many items lost in the post.

The 30%rise in the cost of 1st. and 2nd. class stamps will have a disproportionate effect on small charities, with the price of a standard first class letter rising to 60p and a standard 2nd class letter to 50p after April 30th.
